The just released 'Dev' teaser starring Karthi and Rakul Preet in the lead roles is neatly packaged with high production values that clearly spell out its genre connecting instantly. Karthi's powerful voice over talks about the mundane day to day life one is imprisoned in with visuals showing his life and love. Then he says there is another side to life and the cuts go racy and crazy as we see Karthi dirt racing a bike on mountainous terrain and the action starts.

Debutante Rajat Ravishankar shows a lot of promise with the action looking pulsating captured by Velraj with a hip background score from Harris Jayaraj. The film stars Karthi, Rakul Preet, Ramya Krishnan, Prakash Raj, Nikki Galrani and Navarasa Nayagan Karthik. The 1 minute 15 seconds cut sure is a bestseller for its excellent presentation and Prince Pictures and Reliance Entertainment can look forward to a thundering response.
