Deva Katta Rumored to Join Rajamouli’s Film as a Writer

Rumors have been circulating that writer-director Deva Katta, known for his work on films like “Prasthanam” and “Vennela,” is collaborating with director S.S. Rajamouli by contributing dialogues to his upcoming international action adventure. The film, starring Mahesh Babu, Priyanka Chopra, and Prithviraj Sukumaran, has already wrapped up three shooting schedules.

Deva Katta previously worked on parts of the dialogues for Rajamouli’s blockbuster “Baahubali,” raising speculation that the duo is teaming up once again for the tentatively titled #SSMB29. Although there’s no official confirmation, Deva Katta didn’t deny the rumors. Instead, he hinted at his involvement through a social media post.

In his statement, Deva Katta mentioned that he is currently occupied with the post-production of Season 1 of his upcoming series “Mayasabha,” totaling 400 minutes and scheduled for release later this year. He also revealed he is scripting a new project with one of his favorite stars, leaving fans to wonder if he is indeed working with Rajamouli again.
