Nani is playing a doctor while Nag is a mafia don. Aakanksha Singh and Rashmika Mandanna are the heroines.
Senior Naresh, Bahubali Prabhakar, Rao Ramesh, Vennela Kishore, Avasarala Srinivas, and Satya are part of the cast.
