Deverakonda breaks silence on direction plans

Speaking to a national daily, Vijay Deverakonda has said that he has plans to direct a film one or two years down the line. It has been speculated since long that the 'Geetha Govindam' actor has a directorial bent of mind.
I am too busy with my current commitments as an actor. I will think of direction once I am free. Maybe, it will happen in 2020 or 2021, Deverakonda suggests.
The actor is already a producer; the hero of his maiden production is 'Pelli Choopulu' director Tharun Bhascker.
'Dear Comrade', his immediate next, will hit the screens in four languages on July 26.
