Breaking! Director Balaji Sakthivel acting debut with Dhanush

Director Balaji Sakthivel is known for his intense and hard-hitting films such as 'Kadhal', 'Kalloori' and 'Vazhakku Enn 18/9'. He is currently directing a thriller 'Yaar Ivargal' with new faces and his 'Ra...Ra...Rajkumar;' is also ready for release.

The hot news is that Balaji Sakthivel is making his acting debut in Vettrimaaran's 'Asuran' starring Dhanush and Manju Warrier. It is said that many offers had come before for the offbeat director in front of the camera which he politely declined but now has accepted this offer and the official announcement will come soon. The film has music by G.V. Prakash Kumar and produced by Kalaipuli S Thanu under his banner V Creations.
