Actor Dhanush started 2020 with the release of Pattas on Pongal, and the movie produced by Sathyajyothi films and directed by Durai Senthilkumar is running successfully. Few days back, it was announced that Dhanush is again teaming with Sathyajyothi films for his 43rd movie.

D43 which is directed by Karthick Naren who has directed Dhuruvangal Pathinaaru, Naragasooran and Mafia is said to be about the son of a journalist investigating and finding the people behind the death of his parents and the movie is set to release in October.

The latest update on D43 is that actor Prasanna will also be a part of this movie and will be playing an important role. Prasanna is the villain of Karthick Naren's February 21 release Mafia and also played a good role in Dhanush's debut direction venture Paa Paandi.
