Dhanush does it in 5 hours

No doubt that Dhanush's cameo in his wife Aishwarya R Dhanush's second directorial venture 'Vai Raja Vai' is making waves in theatres. To shoot his portions, Dhanush gave just five hours to Team 'VRV'.
"Since Dhanush is the protagonist of my first film, he proved to be my lucky charm. So I wanted him to do this guest appearence. However, he was too busy and gave us just five hours. We finished that scene in the given time," says Aishwarya.
Expressing gratitude to S J Suryah, who too has done a cameo in 'VRV', the filmmaker says she is also thankful to maestro Ilayaraja for coming forward to lend his voice for a song.
