Powerful performer Dhanush was last seen on screen last year in Vetrimaran directorial Vada Chennai and Balaji Mohan directorial Maari 2 with both the movies having him in unique characters, and the actor is currently working on two movies.

Now, the actor's much expected international project is all set to arrive to Tamil screens. Dhanush's international movie The Extraordinary Journey of the Fakir which was released last year internationally and was screened in various film festivals as well to critical acclaim, is now getting released in Tamil.

While initially the makers had named the Tamil version as Vaazhkaya Thedi Naanum Poren, now they have renamed it as Pakkiri and the movie directed by Ken Scott is releasing on June 21, and YNot X which recently released Super Deluxe has acquired the distribution rights of Pakkiri.
