After 'VIP2' Dhanush to start one more sequel of a super hit movie

Nowadays sequels are becoming the norm not only in Hollywood and Bollywood but also in our own Kollywood. Dhanush has just completed his 'VIP2' directed by Soundarya Rajinikanth the sequel to his blockbuster hit 'Velai Illa Pattadhari'.

Director Balaji Mohan announced early last year that he is writing the script to the second part of his super hit 'Maari' in which Dhanush rocked as a "thara local don". It is now confirmed that the scripting is in the final stages and shooting is all set to begin in August this year. It is also learnt that Kajal Agarwal and Robo Shankar will reprise their roles from the original.
