National award winner Dhanush's Karnan released yesterday and has opened to great response from the audience. Karnan directed by Mari Selvaraj has received overwhelming positive reviews from the critics as well as audience and is already hailed as a classic.

Following Vijay's Master and Karthi's Sulthan, Karnan has emerged as a winner at the box office and has taken the career best opening for Dhanush. Despite 50% occupancy from today, with public support, Karnan is set to be a blockbuster.
