Here's the big update on Dhanush's 'Maari 2'

Dhanush's 'Maari 2' is the most anticipated sequel to its first edition which was a super hit. The film directed by Balaji Mohan also has Sai Pallavi, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, Tovino Thomas in the lead roles.
Word is that the film's shooting which is happening in Thenkasi will be wrapped by February 20. In addition to this, it has also been revealed that the team will resume shoot for remaining portions in Chennai next month onwards.
The film seems to be fast progressing which is all the more reason for fans to get excited. Yuvan Shankar Raja is scoring the music for the film which is being bankrolled by Dhanush's home banner Wunderbar Films. Watch this space for more exciting updates!
