Dhanush through his sheer talent and hard work has carved a niche for himself in not only Tamil cinema but is also considered as one of the biggest stars in Indian cinema as well. Among his most recent films, 'Vada Chennai' became the highest-grossing A-rated Tamil film of all time. While his 'Asuran' reportedly entered the ₹100 crore club within a month of its theatrical release besides winning Dhanush his second national award earlier this year.

We already broke the news to you first that Dhanush has bought 8 grounds of land in the Poes Garden area which is one of the poshest in not only Chennai but in South India. Several legends in various fields including former TN Chief Minister J. Jayalalitha and Superstar Rajinikanth live there making it one of the most security-enforced residential cantonments.

We also brought to you the pics of the pooja conducted to commence the building work of Dhanush's new house in which his father-in-law Rajinikanth also participated with the entire family. Now it has emerged that the dream house of the multifaceted star will cost around a staggering 150 Crores.

It is whispered in Kollywood circles that Dhanush has himself planned the entire structure of his new home which will match any palatial homes in the country. He has reportedly designed a swimming pool, an indoor sports facility with a fully equipped gym, a home theater with futuristic technology, etc. The source also adds that Dhanush a staunch family man also wants his extended family to feel most comfortable and has planned for international standard bedrooms, kitchens, and dining rooms. As soon as the building is finished a grand inauguration will be held early next year.

Dhanush's impressive lineup of new movies include the Bollywood romance 'Atrangi Re' costarring Sara Ali Khan, 'Naane Varuven' directed by Selvaraghavan, 'D43' costarring Malavika Mohanan, 'Aayirathil Oruvan 2' directed by Selvaraghavan again and his Hollywood film "The Grey Man." directed by the Russo Brothers and co-starring Ryan Gosling and Chris Evans,
