Dhanush's astronomical salary for next movie shocks Indian film industry

Dhanush is on a roll career-wise as his next releases are going to be the Bollywood biggie 'Atrangi Re' and then most probably the grand Hollywood spectacle 'The Gray Man' bosting of the ensemble star cast of  Ryan Gosling, Chris Evans, Regé-Jean Page, Ana de Armas, Jessica Henwick and Wagner Moura among others directed by Anthony and Joe Russo.  Its common knowledge that the film is the costliest budgeted ever in the history of streaming giant Netflix.
 

To top it Dhanush is slated to star in a trilingual film directed by Sekhar Kammula to be made in Tamil. Telugu and Hindi. The formal announcement for the film, was made on 19h June. Now, an intriguing update regarding the film is making the rounds on the internet. According to reports from Tollywood  Dhanush will be paid a whopping 50 crores for this film.

The yet to be titled film is a pan-India enterprise, and demands a large budget and the producers, Narayan Das Narang and Puskuru Rammohan Rao, have reportedly allotted a whopping Rs 120 crores banking on  Dhanush's universal charisma and the hit making ability of Sekhar Kammula.  Trade analysts opine that this would not only be the biggest remuneratoin that Dhanush has received so far but also the biggest film in his career that would catapult him into the next league in Indian cinema.  Stay tuned for more updates on this exciting project on all details regarding the cast and crew.
