Dhanush is currently working on the Bollywood film 'Tere Ishq Mein' directed by Anand L. Rai. Alongside this, he is overseeing his upcoming film 'Idli Kadai,' which was initially scheduled for release on April 10. However, due to pending 10% of shooting, the release has been postponed, with a new date to be announced soon. Meanwhile, his film 'Kuberan' is set to release on June 20.

Amidst speculation in Kollywood regarding directors working with Dhanush, it is now confirmed that he will collaborate with director Tamilarasan Pachamuthu for a new film. The film is produced by Aakash Bhaskaran. In an exclusive interview with Vikatan, Aakash Bhaskaran confirmed that the project will commence soon and that pre-production work is currently underway.
