Tamil superatar Dhanush recently starred in filmmaker Anand L Rai's romantic drama 'Atrangi Re' and managed to impresses the audience with his charming performance. This was Dhanush's second collaboration with Anand as the duo previously teamed up for the 2013 film 'Raanjhanaa'. The latest buzz suggests that Dhanush and Rai are going to join forces for yet another project.

A source close to the development told ETimes, "Dhanush and Aanand L Rai have brilliant synergy together. After two runaway successes, the powerhouse actor-director duo are collaborating for an action love story produced by Aanand L Rai's home banner Colour Yellow." Dhanush will reportedly be seen in a typical masala hero avatar in this upcoming project.

Fortunately for Dhanush's North Indian fans, the actor has reportedly signed one more Bollywood project apart from this. The source added, "Dhanush has also signed another big-bang Bollywood film with another celebrated production house. Owing to the massive acclaim he earned for Atrangi Re, the industry's biggies are lining up to sign the actor on."
