Prolific Producer Durai Dhayanidhi Alagiri, son of Cabinet Minister Alagiri and grandson of CM Karunanidhi, will soon marry the girl of his choice and the engagement is planned on March 18. The bride to be is Anusha who is a Chennai based lawyer.

Dhayanidhi Alagiri started his career in films by distributing ‘Varanam Aayiram’. Later, he produced the film ‘Thamizh Padam’ which created a sensation and was declared the first genuine hit film of the year by trade circles. After that Dhayanidhi announced a series of new mega projects under his home banner Cloud 9 Movies. That includes Ajith’s 50th film directed by Gautham Menon. Cloud 9 Movies also acquired the Karthi-Tamannah starrer ‘Paiyaa’ recently.
