Even after 21 years, the film continues to capture audiences' hearts, with a recent re-release sparking nostalgia among fans. In a surprising revelation, actor OAK Sundar, who played Ravi Mohan’s boxing coach in the movie, recently disclosed that Vijay Sethupathi had appeared in a few scenes.

"I was encouraging Ravi Mohan during the boxing sequences, and behind me stood Vijay Sethupathi! I had no idea at the time, but years later, Vijay Sethupathi himself told me about it," he said in an interview.

At the time of the film’s release, Vijay Sethupathi was still struggling to find his breakthrough in the industry. Before his rise to stardom, he played small roles in films like Pudhupettai and Vennila Kabadi Kuzhu. Now, this lesser-known fact about his early days in cinema has come to light, surprising many fans!
