Mohanlal and Prithviraj Sukumaran have again joined hands for the film L2E: Empuraan. The film is the sequel to the already-hit film Lucifer. The film is now gearing up for a grand release on March 27th, 2025. Interestingly, the film found a new home in Telugu states. One of the top distributors in Telugu cinema, Sri Venkateswara Creations (SVC), will distribute the film in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

Dil Raju stepped forward to drive the film's release in the Telugu states. The addition of Dil Raju to the film's release is a welcoming move. Let us hope that things work brighter for the team in having a grand release in theatres.

Along with Mohanlal, the film features an ensemble star cast, including Prithviraj Sukumaran, Tovino Thomas, Manju Warrier, Indrajith Sukumaran, Suraj Venjaramoodu, Saniya Iyappan, Saikumar, Baiju Santhosh, Fazil, Sachin Khedekar, Nyla Usha, Giju John, Nandhu, Shivaji Guruvayoor, Manikuttan, Aneesh G. Menon, Sshivada, Alexx O'Nell, Eriq Ebouaney, Mikhail Novikov, and Karthikeya Dev in pivotal roles. English actor Jerome Flynn of Game of Thrones fame also makes his Indian cinema debut by playing a crucial role in L2E: Empuraan.

Directed by Prithviraj Sukumaran, L2E: Empuraan is a sequel to the 2019 blockbuster Lucifer. It is the second installment of the trilogy. This most-awaited political action thriller will be released in Malayalam, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Hindi.
