The third season of the reality game show Bigg Boss saw director Cheran, who was one of the contestants getting eliminated but later being announced for the public that he will be in the secret room. Though the contestants were thinking Cheran was eliminated, he was in the secret room for past two days.

Cheran had been observing the incidents happening outside, and had warned the contestants about Kavin pressuring Losliya to answer on her decision on their love, and had an emotional moment when Mugen's mother visited the house. Vanitha and Losliya had also expressed their answers for his questions.

Today's promo saw the Bigg Boss instructing everyone to freeze, and as the door opens, Cheran enters back to the house with Vikram Vedha's Karuppu Vellai song played. As Vanitha is seen telling Cheran he was hiding and watching, Losliya is seen having a happy moment with Cheran who is also seen holding Kavin's hands.
