Director Ram's next movie is a Bengali remake!

Director Ram, who's known for making hard-hitting acclaimed movies like Katrathu Thamizh had last directed the Mammootty, Sadhana starrer Peranbu. Now the director's next project has been revealed to be a remake.
Acclaimed Bengali director Srijit Mukherji's 2019 movie Vinci Da is all set to be remade in Tamil and this Tamil remake's rights have been bought by producer G Dhananjayan. Director Ram and Dhananjayan have worked on the screenplay, and Ram has penned the dialogues.
Reportedly, Ram and Dhananjayan discussed over phone and video calls and are now ready with a bound script and will soon decide on the cast and crew. Vinci Da had won numerous awards at international film festivals and stars Rudranil Ghosh, Ritwick Chakraborty, Anirban Bhattacharya, Riddhi Sen, Gautam Moitra and Sohini Sarkar.
