Director, wife slut-shamed me, Amala Paul reveals

Backing the sexual misconduct allegations made by lady filmmaker Leena Manimekalai against Kollywood director Susi Ganesan, Amala Paul today wrote that she too faced awkward situations during the making of a Tamil movie with the director.  “I was subjected to double meaning talks, misrepresented offers and unchivalrous bodily contacts.  This pretty much made my experience of shooting for the film a mentally fatiguing one,” Amala said in a statement.

Soon after Amala issued the statement, the director and his wife reportedly called her up and slut-shamed her!  “Just got the shock of my life!  Director Susi and (his wife) Manjari called me.  I picked up to explain the stand.  While I was trying to pacify his wife, Susi started abusing me and, to my surprise, his wife started laughing and they both joined to slut-shame me. De feel de can scare me with dese tactics,” a shocked Amala tweeted out.
