Diya is perplexed

Actress Diya is still searching for success. Though she has acted in three movies so far, she is still to make it to the top.
Diya says, ' I essayed a glamour role in Kurumbu and Dreams and had a performance oriented role in Karka Kasa Dara. I am wondering why the movies failed?
She is hopeful that her forthcoming release Kodambakkam, in which she plays a naughty and a happy-go-lucky girl, would make amends.
'All credit should go to director Jaganji for giving me such a meaty role, which I hope would take me to limelight'.
Diya has ventured to do a couple of movies in Telugu and Malayalam. Her Asadhyudu opposite Kalyanram and Minnal alongside Prithviraj is nearing completion.
Diya says, ' I have plans to produce movies. But not in the near future. Once I establish a name for myself, I would think about producing'.
