Do this to control population growth: Baba Ramdev

Eminent Yoga exponent Baba Ramdev has said that the government should adopt certain stringent steps to control population growth.
Those who have more than two children, their voting rights should be taken away and they shouldn't be allowed to contest elections. Don't let them use government schools, hospitals, and don't give them sarkari jobs. Population will be controlled automatically, a news agency quotes the Patanjali icon as saying.
Perhaps, many in the country will agree with Ramdev's suggestions. However, no government would dare to introduce such 'draconian' steps for fear of backlash from public and courts. Implementation would be a big challenge. Political consensus will be next to impossible.
