Speaking at the pre-release event of 'Valmiki', Mega Prince Varun Tej said that doing the gangster comedy has given him immense satisfaction. "This is my 9th film. I have done experimental movies and rom-com movies in the past. 'Valmiki' is my first mass outing. It has given me a lot of kick. Chiranjeevi garu always says that mass movies give him a lot of satisfaction. I now understand his feelings," the 'F2' actor said.

"When 'Gabbar Singh' released, us Pawan Kalyan babai fans had been thirsty. We were waiting for a blockbuster and director Harish Shankar garu delivered it. I am glad I have got to work with the director. I did 'Mukunda' with Pooja Hegde in the past. She is super talented and beautiful. We have remixed a Sobhan Babu garu song in the movie. 'Valmiki' is the first mass movie for music director Mickey J Meyer and he has nailed it," he added.

"I met Ram Charan anna yesterday. He is very busy with Sye Raa-related works. I thank Mega fans for supporting our family," he signed off.
