Two music directors who work together and bring out their best? There are good examples in Bollywood and Tollywood and when it comes to Tamil, no prizes for guessing the renowned pairs, Viswanathan-Ramamurthy and Shankar-Ganesh...

A rare combination of legends Ilayaraja and M S Viswanathan in `Mella Thirandhadhu Kadhavu' and `Senthamizh Paattu' too had resulted in chartbusters, which some of them still being evergreen.

Perhaps toeing their line, music composers Abhishek and Lawrence have made their debut in `Doo', a film directed by Sriram and produced by R Gunasekaran and K N Aadhinarayanan.

Let's take a sneak-peak at each of `Doo's tracks separately:

1. Kaiya Thoda Venaa - Listen here

Singers: Ranjith, VJ. Divya

An energetic opening to the album, `Kaiya Thoda Venaa.' perfectly sets the mood and momentum. Yugabharathy's lyrics sit well on the tune, besides reading out loud a page from the lives of youngsters. Singers Ranjith, VJ. Divya seem to be the right choice for such a peppy number.

2. Oru Naal Vidumurai - Listen here

Singers: Haricharan, Prashanthini

How a boy in love would feel if he is unable to see his sweetheart, thanks to a holiday. Well, the answer is `Oru Naal Vidumurai.' Though the tune heavily reminds Yuvanshankar Raja, there is no doubt that it's a soothing melody which conveys the message well. Haricharan and Prashanthini have given life to G Kumar's words.

3. Doodaa - Listen here

Singers: Vijaya T Rajendar, Abhishek, Lawrence

Only Vijaya T Rajendar could do justice to such a tune. And he has done it in `Dooda.', which is apparently the title song. In the company of youngsters Abhisek and Lawrence (music composers), he has crooned it with high-voltage energy and enthusiasm. A must-listen for those who love TR.

4. Nadhiyile - Listen here

Singer: Silambarasan

If dad TR is on for a peppy number, son STR is here to present you with a melody, where he brilliantly expresses the pain of a love-lorn youth. The tune and orchestration once again heavily reminds Yuvanshankar Raja. No complaints however as it is just an inspiration and not a copy. The big daddy of love-lyrics Na Muthukumar is also at work.

5. Vaa Vaa - Listen here

Singer: Reshmonu

Malaysian singer Reshmonu has forayed to Tamil cinema with `Vaa Vaa.' a song which speaks about love and its impact on the world. Love is never boring. So is this song. Credits are equally shared by Abhishek-Lawrence, Reshmonu and Yugabharathy.

6. Nadhiyile (Fully Loaded) - Listen here

Singers: Silambarasan, Abhishek, Lawrence, Praveen D Manuel

Again the same `Nadhiyile.' by the same STR, but this time with more beats and with more singers. Not actually a remix, but a rehash of the original song, it gives us a pleasant confusion which one is better. `Both' would be the right answer, we'd say.

We @ IndiaGlitz welcome Abhishek and Lawrence to Kollywood, a bright future awaits you both.
