Another shameful crime against women has shook the nation as the charred body of 26-year-old veterinary doctor Potula Priyanka Reddy, was found under a culvert on the Bengaluru-Hyderabad road. The victims sister Bhavana Reddy has stated she had called her on Wednesday night that her scooty tyre was punctured and two men offered to help her and she urged her to continue speaking to her as she as afraid of them. But the phone went dead causing alarm and a police complaint was lodged. It is suspected that she could have been raped and then killed by the two men.

Priyanka Reddy had gone to the ORR toll plaza at Tondupally to get her twowheeler on the way to a hospital in Gachibowli. The CCTV footage on the plaza has shown the young girl walking with her scooty and two men approaching and talking to her. A lorry driver and cleaner have been arrested in this regard and investigations are on and the incident has caused deep agony all over the internet as another human being full of life and who spread joy around has been cut short due to the lust of animals in human form.
