Senior actor Dr. Rajasekhar, who has been treated for COVID-19 related complications, is recovering from his illness. A health bulletin on Saturday said that he has been maintained on a high flow of oxygen.

"His clinical condition is stable. Dr. Rajasekhar is responding to treatment and continues to be closely monitored by our team," the bulletin adds.

Shivathmika Rajasekhar took to Twitter and thanked the doctors. "Daddy is recovering! Grateful for the team of doctors at @CitiNeuro lead by Dr.Krishna Prabhakar Garu. Thanks to dear Dr. Madhu garu for always being there for us! Tq all so much for your prayers and wishes! Keep us in your thoughts, We'll come out stronger," she wrote.

Jeevitha Rajasekhar was discharged from the same hospital last week. She tested negative.
