The movie 'Drama' features Vivek Prasanna, Poornima Ravi, Anand Nag, Shanthi Tamil Arasan, and Nizhalgal Ravi in key roles. Directed by Thambidurai Mariappan and produced by S. Uma Maheswari under Term Productions, the film's cinematography is handled by Ajith Srinivasan, while Raj Prathap has composed the music.

During the film's music launch event on the 21st, notable personalities like Radha Ravi, K. Bhagyaraj, and former MLA Vijayatharani attended. Speaking at the event, K. Bhagyaraj mentioned that ‘Drama’ means ‘impact’ and that every film carries an emotional effect. He advised aspiring filmmakers to focus on stories that deeply affect them to create compelling narratives.

Bhagyaraj also emphasized that love stories universally connect with audiences. He pointed out that even if young people do not experience love, they still write poetry about it. He remarked that most debut directors opt for love stories, but Thambidurai has taken an unconventional approach by incorporating three different narratives, which is commendable.
