Drunk man pees on lady co-passenger's seat in airplane

In a shocking news, a drunk passenger has allegedly urinated on a woman passenger’s seat aboard a New York –Delhi Air India flight. Air India is currently taking steps to take appropriate action against the man and to put him on the no-fly list.
The affected lady’s family has stated that no action has been taken against the man after the flight landed. Following this, the lady passenger’s daughter took to her social page and explained what had happened. She also has stated that apart from providing her mother with another chair, the airlines did not take any action.
She also observed that her mother watched the miscreant walking free when she was waiting for a connecting flight in her wheelchair. Air India apologized for the incident on their social page and stated that their cabin crew is trained to handle such situations with utmost care. We ask: really?
