Due to our stupidity, India will have 1 crore Covid-19 cases: Teja

Director Teja is miffed with the way Indians are careless towards Covid-19. Releasing a video message, the 'Sita' and 'Nene Raju Nene Mantri' director has said that the day when one lakh confirmed cases will be logged by India on a daily basis is not far away.
Thanks to our reckless attitudes, we are inviting trouble. Everybody thinks that coronavirus is not going to affect them in any way. You can see this attitude everywhere; among shoppers, on roads, Teja says.
By and by, we will have one crore cases in the country. We are going to be the worst-affected country in the globe. We believe that those whom we meet don't have coronavirus. We shop without a care in the world. We touch potentially infected objects and spread the infection by putting them recklessly on the sofa, dining table - without sanitizing them, Teja says, driving home the message that hand sanitization is important at every step, for example, before and after paying the bill at a supermarket.
We all think we are great and therefore, we and our friends are immune. Unless this stupid attitude doesn't go away, we can't save ourselves, Teja warns.
