Dull start for Mammootty

Megastar Mammootty has opened, 2009 with a movie that is already in the losing propositions in the Box Office. His first release 'Love in Singapore' was expected to be a hilarious run towards a super hit journey.
But the film is failing to emerge a winner. As per the industry experts, the movie will at the most end up as an average earner.
The colorful posters and the initial hype, as expected for a Mammootty movie, has resulted in good collections for the first weekend which got extended by a day due to Republic day celebrations. But after this extended four day weekend, the collections have gone down to fifty percent in smaller centers. The movie will find it hard to reach up to the status of a hit.
