Dulquer Salmaan's much-awaited movie to release this December!

Dulquer Salmaan’s upcoming cop thriller ‘Salute’ is one of the much-awaited movies in Malayalam. As the actor is preparing for the theatrical release of his much-hyped movie Kurup, it is learnt that the makers of Salute are also planning for a theatrical release. It is reported that the movie is set to release on december 17 ahead of Christmas. An official announcement is expected to be made soon.
‘Salute’ is a cop drama that will feature Dulquer Salmaan as the Sub Inspector Aravind Karunakaran. This is the first time the actor is playing a full fledged police role in his career.Bollywood diva Diana Penty is making her Malayalam debut with the movie. The movie also stars Manoj K Jayan, Saniya Iyappan, Lakshmi Gopalaswamy, Alencier Ley Lopez, Binu Pappu and Vijay Kumar in prominent roles. The film is scripted by Bobby and Sanjay. Produced by Dulquer under his banner Wayfarer Films the movie's shoot was wrapped in July in Hyderabad.
