Veteran film editor TR Sekar no more

TR Sekar, a renowned fillm editor of the 80s is no more. He passed away at the age of 81.The cause of death is reported as cardiac arrest. His extensive portfolio included films in Tamil and Malayalam.

'Kannukkul Nilavu', 'Kadhalukku Mariyaadhai', 'Kilipechu Ketkava', 'Arangetra Velai', 'En Bommukutti Ammavukku', 'Poove Poochudava', 'Poovizhi Vaasalile' are some of the films that Sekar is reputed for. He has worked nearly in all films directed by Fazil.

The funeral is scheduled to take place in Trichy at 5 pm today. May his soul rest in peace.
