When they got access to her apartment in Moscow they were shocked to find the body of their daughter stuffed into a suitcase with her throat slit. The deceased Ekaterina Karaglanova was a fashion and travel Instagram influencer with more than 85000 followers.

The Russian police who are investigating the premises of Ekaterina Karaglanova did not find any evidence of struggle but the CCTV footage showed her ex-boyfriend arriving a few days earlier. It is said that the young girl had moved on to a new relationship and was planning to celebrate her birthday on July 30th with her new boyfriend in a foreign country.
