X Corp owner Elon Musk announced Tuesday afternoon that the business would donate to Israeli hospitals and the Gaza Red Cross and Red Crescent.Musk stated "all advertising and subscription fees related to the war in Gaza." would fund the presents. Linda Yaccarino, X's CEO since early June, encouraged others to do the same.

The Tel Aviv-Hamas conflict began in October. The war has killed thousands, according to FOX News Digital. Israel reports about 1,200 deaths, but the Palestinian Ministry of Health reports nearly 13,000.Musk stated X Corp "will track how funds are spent and go through the Red Cross/Crescent" to prevent Hamas from receiving Gaza donations when a user asked. "Better ideas are welcome.""We should care about the innocent regardless of race, creed, religion or anything else," stated.

Musk's revelation about the intended donations comes a day after his social media platform sued Media Matters for America for defamation over its story last week regarding anti-Semitic content and company adverts appearing together.

After that, sources indicate IBM, Apple, and Lions Gate Entertainment stopped advertising on X. X said Media Matters "manipulated algorithms governing the user experience on X to bypass safeguards and create images of X’s largest advertisers’ paid posts adjacent to racist, incendiary content, leaving the false impression that these pairings are anything but what they actually are: manufactured, inorganic and extraordinarily rare."

Axios stated that Media Matters labelled the move "frivolous and an attempt to silence X's critics." It also "stands by its reporting and looks forward to winning in court."Musk also remarked last week that an X user "said the actual truth" when they said Jewish groups have spread "hatred against whites," which drew criticism. On Sunday, he said "nothing could be further from the truth" about his racism.
