Emraan & Tusshar are 'good boys', not 'bad boys'

Bollywood's female leads are often at loggerheads with each other when they are required to come together for a film. However when it comes to Emraan Hashmi and Tusshar Kapoor, they stayed on to be 'good boys' when it came to working together for 'The Dirty Picture'.

Even though Vidya Balan is the central attraction of 'The Dirty Picture', Emraan Hashmi, Tusshar Kapoor and Naseeruddin Shah are the three male leads in the film. Though one can discount Naseer saab as he is above competition here, it was a precarious situation for Emraan and Tusshar to be together, says a source. After all, 'The Dirty Picture' is Tusshar's home production while on the other hand; Emraan's last association with director Milan Luthria ('Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai') was a huge success. Also, he is fast turning out to be Balaji favourite as he has been signed up by them for Vishal Bhardwaj's 'Daayan'.

While one expected the two actors to share cold vibes, much to the disappointment of gossip-mongers none of that happened. Emraan and Tusshar were convinced enough in their respective zones and made sure that there was no insecurity that set in. Director Milan Luthria maintained the balance as well.

Tusshar nods in acknowledgment. Milan isn't someone who is filmy and gets carried away in a starry atmosphere. He doesn't favour anybody and is very chilled out. I knew what I was doing in the film and so did Emraan. He is a very easy-going guy with no insecurities whatsoever. He does his bit and moves on. It was good to work with him. There are some actors in the industry who try showing off their success but Emraan isn't one of them.

We have done 'Good Boy Bad Boy' together many years back and in the case of 'The Dirty Picture', we both were good boys, chuckles Emraan. He adds, On a serious note, we don't have many scenes together in 'The Dirty Picture'. Sorry to disappoint those expecting dog-fights!
