Ashwin Kumar Lakshmikanthan who has one of the largest fan following of more than three million on Instagram captivated viewers with his presence on the reality show 'Cooku With Comali 2'. He has since made a big breakthrough in Kollywood with top production house Trident Arts signing a three film deal with him.

The first film from Trident Arts titled 'Enna Solla Pogirai' is nearing completion and the team has unveiled the teaser today. The one minute eighteen second cut promises the film to be a breezy romance with a youthful connect.

'Enna Solla Pogirai' is directed by debutante A. Hariharan with music score by Vivek Mervin and cinematography by Richard M Nathan. Ashwin Kumar is romancing two leading ladies Avantika Mishra and Teju Ashwini while his 'Cooku Wtih Comali' costar Pugazh is playing an important character. The film is getting ready for a December 2021 release.
