The much- awaited epic film of Prithviraj titled ’Kaaliyan’ will begin its shooting from next year.
The movie is inspired from by the ballads of Venad. The actor’s team had shared a few photos along with the details of the project after the movie’s producer Rajeev Nair had met Prithviraj on the sets of 9 in Manali.The movie is directed by S Mahesh and script of the movie is written by BT Anil Kumar.

Veteran South Indian actor Sathyaraj will play important role in the movie.
