Erode Mahesh an anchor, actor, writer, video jockey and an educator who rose to fame after appearing in the 'Asatha Povathu Yaaru'. He started his media career as a standup comedian and later joined Vijay TV and became an anchor.

He married his longtime girlfriend Sridevi and has a daughter. Sridevi also worked as a Video Jockey and quit her career to focus on her family life. The couple always kept a low profile from the cameras. Mahesh recently bought a new Benz car and photos of him with his family posing in front of the car is doing the rounds on the internet.
