Eros International to co-produce Ajay Devgn's 'Shivaay'

Eros International Media Ltd (Eros), a leading global company in the Indian film entertainment industry announced its collaboration with Ajay Devgn Films for the actor's next directorial venture 'Shivaay'. Eros will co-produce with Ajay his most ambitious project yet - 'Shivaay'. Along with directing the film, Ajay will play the lead with debutante actress Sayesha, grand niece of legendary Dilip Kumar and Saira Banu.

Commenting on the association, Sunil Lulla, Managing Director - Eros International Media Ltd said, "We are happy to extend our fabulous relationship with Ajay to Shivaay. With him at the helm, his fans and audiences can be assured of some fantastic action packed drama high on entertainment".

Ajay Devgn added, "I am delighted that Eros will co-produce Shivaay. Having closely worked with them on several successful projects, I am looking forward to associating with them once again with a great marketing and distribution platform to back it".

The film is expected to go on floors in January 2015. Touted as one of the most anticipated releases in 2016, the big-ticket action entertainer is slated to release worldwide on 23rd January 2016.
