Erstwhile rival Simbu throws bash for Dhanush

Simbu and Dhanush were at loggerhead till recently. Their first display of affection came to the fore at the South Indian International Movie Awards held in Dubai in July.

The National Award winning talent, Kolaveri boy, Dhanush celebrates his birthday today (July 28). The young actor is ruling the roost in Tamil cinema and receiving laurels from all quarters of late and is on the verge of being a pan Indian actor, remember his Hindi debut 'Raanjhana' releases this year.

As a surprising turn of events, his foe-turned-friend Simbu aka STR threw a huge surprise party forDhanush last night (July 27) at a city bar. The party was a complete surprise for Dhanush who had no idea about the number of guests arriving to celebrate his birthday.

Aishwarya Dhanush, Radhika & Sarathkumar, Tamannah, Santhanam, Vetrimaaran, Anirudh, Vijay Yesudas, Jai, Amala Paul, Premgi Amaren, Parvathy Omanakuttan, Narain and several others were spotted at the party!
