Excess workout harms Aamir Khan

There’s a lot of buzz around Aamir Khan’s next movie ‘P.K.’ which is being directed by maverick filmmaker Rajkumar Hirani. Though there’s no clarity on the storyline, one can’t deny the fact since it’s Aamir Khan and Raju Hirani...the movie will surely be a blockbuster...but what we hear is that Aamir Khan had pulled a muscle while working out for ‘P.K.’.

In fact, Mr. Perfectionist admitted that he pushed himself really hard during a strenuous work out and hence the strain. But now he’s back in full form as he has started a special diet where he eats in every two hours. After which he does heavy workout to shed extra kilos. The final schedule for ‘P.K.’ begins in July and it will be shot in Mumbai.

‘P.K.’ is scheduled to release at the end of the year and it also stars Anushka Sharma, Sanjay Dutt and Boman Irani.
