'Sarileru Neekevvaru', which has been shot at Hyderabad's Ramoji Film City, is in the news for two reasons.

It's said that the big-ticket entertainer's release date has been locked and it is January 11 (2020), which is a Saturday. If everything goes as has been rumoured, Allu Arjun's 'Ala Vaikunthapuramlo' will hit the screens on January 12, just a day later. It's too early days to talk about release dates but there might be changes.

Another exciting buzz is that the film's overseas theatrical rights have reportedly been sold for a bomb. Dil Raju and Anil Sunkara demanded Rs 13.50 Cr, which they got.

Directed by Anil Ravipudi, the Mahesh Babu-Rashmika Mandanna film has Vijayashanthi in a supporting role.
