'F2' beats 'Geetha Govindam'

There is no stopping 'F2'. The release of 'Mr. Majnu' has had no much impact on it. By mopping up a distributor share of Rs 68.90 Cr (worldwide) as of the end of Saturday, it has effectively surpassed Vijay Deverakonda's 'Geetha Govindam'.
In the US, the Venkatesh-Varun Tej movie entered the USD 2 million mark (gross). This is in 15 days.
The film's superb first half has made this huge success possible. The second half too is entertaining but some flaws and cliches rob it of unalloyed zing. A thoroughgoing family entertainer for sure. Able performances help. Director Anil Ravipudi proves his worth, our review said.
