Sai Dharam Tej, who met with a road accident in September, has been discharged from the hospital. The Mega hero was taking treatment at Apollo Hospitals near Film Nagar. He was unconscious in the first few days and responded to treatment soon after.

On Friday, giving an update, Pawan Kalyan said that the sincere prayers of the fans have helped Tej. "We are very happy that Tej has returned home after a month of treatment. It is his birthday today. Many people were worried about his health when he met with an accident. He is doing fine," the Jana Sena chief said.

The 'Bheemla Nayak' actor wished that Tej scores box office hits in the future.

After weeks of treatment, Tej posted a pic of himself thanking his uncle for sending a gift to him after the release of 'Republic', which is a Deva Katta directorial. The buzz is that the 'Prati Roju Pandage' actor won't be participating in any shoot for the next couple of months.
