Actor Dhanush's latest production 'Thangamagan' in which he has played the lead role along with Amy Jackson and Samantha has been released last weekend amid huge expectations and the film has managed a pretty decent opening in centers across the globe.

The Velraj directed flick drew mixed reviews from audience and critics and the final Box office verdict on thje film will be known only by this weekend.

Meanwhile the film has faced the rage of some "inhuman" miscreants in Canada. The film has been moved out of theatres in at least two locations in Toronto after the evening show of December 19, 2015, the second day of the film's release as the miscreants ripped the screens while the show was running. .

The statement from Conch Cinemas, the distributor of the film in Canda says, ""Some Inhuman being had Ripped the theatre screens at Cineplex Silver City Brampton, and STC Scarborough on 18th Dec 2015 at 7:00pm show and late night shows. This is really a depressing situation to us and even to the movie lovers. This is a huge loss to us and Cineplex, but not on our confidence "

Earlier Ilayathalapathi Vijay's recent film 'Puli' faced the same fate and that incident found a mention in the statement. "This happened to "PULI" @ Cineplex Toronto and the reason was "fans disappointed with the movie", and now to "THANGAMAGAN" @ Cineplex Toronto without any reason."

After the unfortunate incident. 'Thangamagan' has been moved to two other screens in Toronto, namely Yorkcinemas and Woodsidecinemas.
