Chennai, April 25: The Department of Visual Communication of S. A. College of Arts & Science organized a heartfelt farewell ceremony on 25th April 2025 at the preview theatre to bid adieu to the outgoing students of II M.Sc. (2023–25) and III B.Sc. Visual Communication (2022–25). The event, held from 1 pm to 3 pm, was filled with emotion, joy, and a strong sense of community.

The ceremony began with the traditional lighting of the lamp, followed by a warm welcome address by Dr. R. Srinivasan, Head of the Department. Faculty members shared memories and extended their best wishes to the graduating students.

Cultural performances by juniors added vibrancy to the occasion, while a moving sharing session by the outgoing students reflected their gratitude and growth. Mementos and certificates were distributed, and a nostalgic video montage was screened.

The event concluded with a vote of thanks, photo session, and refreshments, celebrating the creativity and bonds of the department.
