Farhan Akhtar's 'Rock On 2' begins shoot in Shillong

The 'Rock On' star Farhan Akhtar is in all smiles as he has started his shoot for the much awaited film 'Rock On 2'. He along with director Shujaat Saudagar has arrived in Shillong to begin their shoot. Sources say that the shooting will take place for about two months in various locations in Shillong. As the movies features pleasing and charming scenes and Shillong was the perfect choice.

During site seeing in Shillong the actor Farhan Akhtar met the popular band Summersalt, and he was so impressed that he even proposed them saying, he would record a song with them for his movie. Farhan even wants to feature the band in the movie. He also tweeted, "Pleasure meeting the talented band Somersault' from Shillong. Yes a recording is involved.

Great Frahan.... you're the true musician...I say!

The movie also stars with Sharddha Kapoor and Prachi Desai. Talks are around that Sharddha will be playing a musician, where she will be singing her own song for the film.
