Fat-shamed Neha criticizes media

Model-turned-actress Neha Dhupia was recently spotted at a public place. She has visibly put on weight after pregnancy. A magazine reported her weight issues as a shocking reality. This made the actress to give a reply to the magazine.
I don't owe anyone an explanation because fatshaming like this doesn't bother me wee bit. But I do want to address this as a larger problem because fatshaming needs to stop for everyone and not just celebs. As a new mom, I want to be fit, healthy and energetic for the sake of my daughter. So, I work out every day, sometimes twice a day. Because for me fitness is a priority and not about fitting into society's standards regarding look, she wrote.
