Film producer bags TDP ticket

The Mahakutami, comprising Congress, TDP and TJS, has announced its list of candidates for the upcoming Telangana Assembly elections, which are due to be held on December 7.
The news is that Tollywood producer V Ananda Prasad has secured the TDP ticket to contest from Serilingampally.
Known in the film industry circles as Bhavya Ananda Prasad, he has been into real estate segment for many years now. He stepped into film production and bankrolled 'Loukyam' and 'Paisa Vasool' on Bhavya Creations in recent years.
The latter starred Nandamuri Balakrishna, who is believed to have helped Prasad secure the ticket. The 'NTR' actor will campaign for his 'Paisaa Vasool' producer, reports say.
